For 8 years now, the infamous Star Wars Holiday Special has been shown at Bryant Lake Bowl in Minneapolis. Admission costs a toy, as the event is the second largest Toys for Tots event in Minnesota.

This year, the organizers asked me and 4 other artists to make a print for the event. Because the Holiday Special marks the first appearance of Boba Fett, I thought it would be fun to create a poster celebrating Boba and his elusive prey, the Millennium Falcon. Made to imitate posters of the era, I limited my design to two colors and utilized 70s typography. The poster is printed on French Paper’s bluish Sno Cone paper, a paper similar in tone to the blue armor Boba Fett sports in the special.
